Please feel free to give feedback, correct mistakes, and call me mean names. The point of divergence in this mod is the Central Power victory over the Entente in the first World War. Hoi4 Kaiserreich Focus Trees Mods You Use A lot of those made more sense to have be longer back when either more forts were granted or when you got political power instead of flat stab. I thought it was a game problem but after playing HOI4 without mods and with other mods, they still had the Faction options, so this bug is constricted to Kaiserreich.
